Welcome to HireKosovo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HireKosovo regarding your use of our recruitment platform that connects businesses with top tech talent from Kosovo. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing and using HireKosovo's recruitment platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
HireKosovo is a recruitment platform that connects businesses with qualified tech professionals from Kosovo. We facilitate talent discovery, job matching, and provide recruiter support services.
Our services include candidate profile access, job posting capabilities, recruiter assignment, and communication facilitation between businesses and candidates.
Our platform specializes in connecting international businesses with tech talent specifically from Kosovo, leveraging local expertise and market knowledge.
To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We serve three types of users: Businesses seeking to hire talent, Candidates looking for opportunities, and Administrators managing the platform.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Our platform operates on a subscription basis for businesses. The current subscription fee is $99/month, which provides access to candidate profiles, job posting, and recruiter support.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
We do not handle payments between businesses and hired talent. All talent compensation is arranged directly between the hiring business and the candidate using third-party services like Wise.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months except in cases of service failure on our part.
Users may not use the platform for any illegal purposes, to harass or discriminate against others, to post false information, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
All content posted on the platform must be accurate, professional, and appropriate. Job postings must comply with employment laws and contain truthful information about the position and requirements.
Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including employment laws, data protection regulations, and anti-discrimination laws.
Users should report any violations of these terms or inappropriate behavior to our support team for investigation and appropriate action.
HireKosovo owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, design, content, and trademarks. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform.
Users retain ownership of content they post (profiles, job descriptions, etc.) but grant us a license to use, display, and process this content to provide our services.
Candidate profiles and information are owned by the respective candidates. Businesses accessing this information must use it solely for legitimate recruitment purposes.
We collect, process, and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Given our international nature, personal data may be transferred across borders. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of our service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect user experience.
Our platform may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, communication tools). We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these external services.
Our platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information or the availability of the service.
We facilitate connections between businesses and candidates but do not guarantee successful hires, employment outcomes, or the quality of work performed by hired individuals.
Our liability for any claims arising from the use of our service is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for actions, conduct, or content of third parties, including but not limited to candidates, employers, or other users of the platform.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless HireKosovo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
Users may terminate their account at any time by canceling their subscription or requesting account deletion. Data deletion will be processed according to our data retention policies.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons outlined in our policies. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.
Upon termination, user access to the platform will cease, and any outstanding payments become immediately due. Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo and applicable international laws. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Kosovo or through arbitration as mutually agreed.
We encourage users to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Users will be notified of significant changes.
Continued use of the platform after term changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who do not agree with changes may terminate their account.
